There is a 15-day window after order delivery for customers ordering between 250 and 5000 words to request a revision. All adjustments made after this time will also incur fees
The time frame to request a revision will only be 30 days after the order delivery for orders that are longer than 5000 words. All adjustments made after this time will also incur fees
For orders with a 24-hour deadline, the window for submitting any adjustments will be between 8 and 12 hours following the posting of the revision request
For orders with a 48-hour deadline, the window for submitting any adjustments is 24 hours following the posting of the revision request
Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of the request being posted for orders between 5000 and 9750 words
For orders of 10,000 words or more, the deadline for submitting any modifications will be 5-7 days after the revision request has been submitted
Sundays and legal holidays are not days for any sort of changes
